Default Which model

Hey guys im pretty much trying to get some info together before making a desicion.

i have a couple of questions to see if u guys could help me out.

im really a ford guy and havent even look at a camaro under the hood. anyway

i want to know which camaro is the most comparable to a 5.0 mustang,

i need something that is light enough, can make it go fast without droping a ton of money on it. im looking to make a mid 10 sec car that could be driven on the street.

thanks

If youre talking about a fox body, then no camaro is that light. I would say stock or modded LS1 camaros are the fastest. 98-02s, T-top or hard top car will be your best bet. Stock they are faster than any 5.0 mustang. They run anywhere from high 12s to high 13s, usually M6 is quicker stock. They can be made fast fairly easy but not as cheap & easy as a fox body because theyre so light. Check out the stickies in the newbie & LSX general discussion sections. Lots of good info there.
