All I plan on doing to it, lid(hopefully blackwing), (dual, dual catback), smooth bellows(like the look), bo white pnp tb, LS6 IM(haven't decided if I want to get rid of the EGR yet),and lou's short stick. Then a tune.

325whp is the target.
that will get you there

nice car, but one piece of advice. Find the leak in the AC before just getting it charged. AC refridgerant doesn't just go away, it has to leak out somehow for it to need recharged.

Looks great! Go all out and get some long tubes

Our interiors look exactly the same.

Good question.

I had a 99 SHO(daily) and 04 Z06. Combined worth almost 40k.

Wanted to consildate. Job market is too iffy and I only put 700 miles on my z06 in a year. Sold it, then sold my daily two weeks ago. All I wanted to spend was less that 15k. I was gunna have to step up to the plate to get a ls2 goat. Then saw this, checked it out and bought it.

Moral of the story.

Nearly all the fun of the vette for less than 25 cents on the dollar.

Thanks, I was erked me that it didn't have black interior, but when i saw how the two tone looks. I got hooked.

Nah, no long tubes for me. lol. Want to attempt to keep it near stock.

How did that LS6 install work out for you, any ramifications from removing the EGR? My only hesitation for doing it.

Honestly the car idles way smoother than it did before since removing the AIR and EGR. Still gotta get the car tuned so the CEL is still on.
Beyond that, it's a pretty easy swap. Just be careful with the injectors and take care of the oil pressure sending unit. Most people break their sending unit during the swap but I managed to keep mine in one piece.
