I removed the gas tank from my 1988 firebird. now the instrument panel lights up but none of the gauges work. no radio. headlights work but the motors to open them dont. horn works.
Is there some kind of a safety in the fuel system that shorts this stuff out once it is unplugged? Or is it something else? Please help!
