I know, what Im trying to do is match my Vin on the dash with another part on the car. I mean like something stamped, the Vin matches in both places. Id like to see it match somewhere else.

The government required maunfacturers to either lable the high theft parts (front clip etc) or put a theft deterent system on the vehicle. GM choose VATTS over labling the parts. I have seen the VIN stamped into the chassis somewhere, but can't remember where. Do you have reason to beleive the car has been altered?

Yes I do. I just purchased the car. It has been completely repainted, and the rear brakes are LT1 brakes. Id just like peace of mind. If anyone can remember where its stamped that be great

Can't help you with the VIN, but the LT1 brakes might be easily explained. LT1 brakes are swapped out on some cars for clearance of drag wheels. IF your car used to run a certain type of 15" rear wheel that could explain it.
