Yes, I just bought a 2009 Silverado EC on 6/1/09.....I got a $5,000 rebate and GM rounded up my CC points to $3,000. The part that shocked me is that dealers would not come down on the sticker more then 10%......some would only come down 5-6%. I went to 5 local dealers and I heard the same story: With GM in such bad shape they needed to make a profit to stay in business.

My truck stickered for $33,595 and I got it for $23,957 OTD.
