over heating loosing coolent

Default over heating loosing coolent
My 98 trans am is blowing coolent out of the over flow after heating up over 220 and the fans wont come on but fans are good I did a battery by pass just to check. some one said try the relays and I am buying new ones any other inputs greatly needed thanks.

I replaced the relay thanks guys now just the window motor and I good thanks to all who helped.
