Default what are the advantages of a silverado SS?

i love them, but if im planning on building a sport truck, should i save some coin and just got with a 5.3 truck?

and yes i know theres a webstie for them, but i dont want to register to just answer a simple question.

I can't tell you about the truck thing, but your ls1tech name/password should work on performance trucks as well. Mine did. just checked it, and I've never been there before now.

i know those things weigh a ton since their AWD istead of a 2wd truck but other than that i dont have too much experience. if youre building a truck, id go along the s10 lines, unless you only want a full size.

Chevy Colorado with an LS2 is pretty sweet IMO. I hear the swap isn't so hard either.

You can get them with the 5.3l now from the factory. They are light, you can get them RWD or AWD and 5.3 liters are easy to mod.
