I'm really excited to see what GM has in store for the Generation 5 small block v8. I've seen the Ward's write up from a couple years ago. Sure would like to see the culmination of VVT and Direct injection, with some rectangle port heads.

Just curious if anybody has seen any recent rumors or chatter on the web or in magazines. I would imagine a genV would show up in a vette first, I'm not even sure when it will be getting an update.
