LS1 swap oil pan info? Im swapping a 98 LS1 into a 69 Chevelle. It looks like i can make the F-body pan work for my set up if i do some cutting to the firewall, but im wondering if anyone who has done this same swap can give me some usefull info on the CTS-V pans.
-do they clear the crossmember any better than F body pans?
-does the pickup tube mount to the same location on the CTS oil pumps, and F body oil pumps?
