Default regular coating or jet hot?

I am going to be buying the pacesetter longtubes this spring. I wanted headers but don't have a lot of extra money for real top of the line stuff. I have read on here about some guys having problems with the headers rusting even if they were coated. So i was going to buy the ones from marylandspeed and have both the headers and the Y pipe jet hot coated. Just wondering if you think this is the best option for longevity and budget. Thanks

if you want longevity, get stainless steel headers. coatings will flake off in a matter of time.

alright, well then i would probably go with the hooker headers.. they have the 3" collector.. Which Y pipes will bolt up to that? And is it as important to get stainless steel y pipes, or would those be alright getting either ceramic or jet hot coated?

I'd get jet hot. I had that done for my turbo gp. Held up just fine!
