try the manual version and see if you can live with it. I got about 10 minutes wheel time, but still. What kind of set up do they got going with it?

You would be paying for a car that is slower and doesnt look as good. A easy choice IMO.

Keep what you have and get a clean muscle car project. 2010's aren't all that great, the interior is too plain and the steering wheels are weird. I like all the nav screens, buttons and other gadgets in new cars. If it's what you want then go for it, remember C6 Corvettes are getting pretty cheap.

Keep the 99.
You can throw way more money into the 99 vs making payments for the 10
The 99 is most likely faster than the 10
the insurance on the 99 is less
the 2010, if you plan to mod, and I think you do, would be better to buy in 2013

just my opinion

that hugger Z. I'd sell my soul for it. Why on earth would you want a silver '10? To look like every other silver '10 out there? silver is the most common color for a car. I mean 2010s are alriiight but they are not too unique or sexy on the eyes like your Z.

your 99 is so much better of a car, just put some mods into making it more modern interior wise. Seriously.

def keep the z.i like the 10s but like stated silver is plain jane blend in color.i think you would be bored really quick with all those paymants for a car that is slower and i bet money the 99 will get way more looks.

That's a decision only you can make man, cause everyone is going to have a difference answer. I can tell you that your current car is gorgeous! If you ultimately want a 5th gen deep down go for it. I put off any big mods on my SS because I've decided to hold out and get a 08 plus C6. It is hard to see a car go you really put a lot of blood and sweat into, but then again the new car will fill that gap if you purchased what you ultimately wanted.

It's up to you.

I think the 5th gen was a good idea in 2004. But now it is late to market, heavy, with many parts not up to the abuse of 400hp.

If people think the ten bolt is weak, wait till guys start leaving these rag axle couplers on the track.

You have a beatiful and rare car. My vote is keep it.

i think the 99 will hold its value better then the 2010. you pay 32,500 and keep it for a couple years your looking at a signficant loss IMO, where you keep the 99 for longer and as long as you dont put 200k miles on it you still wont lose more then a few grand.

Personally I was thinking to go for the '10 SS as they are nice cars...until I saw your car. With it being hugger orange and having the mods you do, I'd for sure keep it. A somewhat rare and modded car like yours would have more value to me than a newer, "better" car.

If you want the 2010 then go buy it but I wouldn't sell the '99 after building it up. (keep both)
