Default OEM style hose clamps

Im looking for OEM style radiator and heater hose spring clamps, all I see at parts stores are worm drive universal ones. Not even the chevy store has OEM style clamps, WTF? Where can I find some?

those things leak their *** off. and they suck to get off sometimes. id just go with the worm ones unless your trying to keep your car in barrett-jackson original condition. in that case, dealer

I like the O.E. style clamps, too.

Fast to remove, and they don't cut into the rubber hose.

Thats the idea of the OEM clamps...they don't leak like aftermarket worm gear clamps do. The OEM clamps are self tensioning, don't strip out, and apply equal pressure around the entire hose.

I agree they are a pain in the ***, until you get the proper tool. I use this tool on my clamps, and its awesome:

I have one of these after my tech buddy introduced me to them. They are the cats ***.

Btw, I think you can buy the factory style clamps at Advance Auto and NAPA.

Yes, the special tool works awesome. Vice grips always slip off and are tough to get into tight places with.
