amsoil?

does anyone use this in their lsx's? i have used it in my atvs for years but no experience in cars.

Amsoil works well in anything really. I use amsoil SSO and an EAO oil filter, amsoil air filter, amsoil ATF in my T56 and amsoil severe gear in my rear.

I've used Amsoil in both my vehciles since 2004. no issues! I change it about every 6K miles on the camaro, 11-12K on the Oldsmobile. I use their filters as well. Great products.

i was expecting to hear this just wanted to make sure their auto products held up as well as their atv stuff.

I do i use the 0w30 sig series good for 1 year or 25000 miles i ran this stuff in one of my cars for 12 months and 34000 miles and it still sampled good so i stand by Amsoil 100%

the 0w30 sig series is now whats in my G8 GT i'll sample it in 8000 more miles and post results

they make good products. I run them in my motorcycle and lawn tractor. However do not run Amsoil in any GTO diff unit. it will cause issues. I had it in mine & a customers. My customer's diff started making noise & luckily it was still under warrenty & GM replaced his. I switch mine out & it quit making noise almost instantly- amsoil could not answer why & paid for the new GM diff fluid & labor to switch it out.

Run Amsoil in my 5.3 Silverado. 7500 miles between changes.

I'd run it in the camaro too but my lt1 loves to leak oil, so I can't justify spending the dough on the good stuff just to watch it stain the driveway.

people are very touchy on their oil for no reason. for every plus, someone has a minus. Just use what you want, weather you pay out the nose for it or just a few bucks.
