Default Engine run-on

What are the prime causes of engine-run on in LS1's? My 00 Camaro Z28 is doing it, I changed the plugs when I did my long tubes. I'm really clueless, and I hope it's nothing major. It runs fine, still pulls like a raped ape, just knocks a bit when I shut it off.

Carbon deposits will cause run on. You should be able to run some type of cleaner through it.

You might have had a bad batch of fuel. Always buy your 91 octane from the biggest, newest gas station around.

its a long shot but could be an issue with the tune. sounds like pre-ignition or something? but its probably bad fuel. run through the tank and get some Shell gas, highest octane in your area and see what happens.

I think it could be my plug wires to be honest. I backfire pretty bad sometimes when I decelerate from about 3k. Tomorrow is my first day off in a long time so I am going to dick around with it, seafoam it first and then go from there.
