I weighed mine about a year ago with me in it and "street trim" as I like to call it came out to low 3400's. big dual 12" subthump box in the back, chrome 18" wheels and a 1/4 tank of gas with some stuff in the back seat.

I did SOME weight reduction. I'd like to weigh it without all the street stuff in it and with some drag wheels. Hoping for 3200lbs.

I weight 185, the box is about 50lbs or so and the wheels weigh 31lbs each. Yeah, they're HEAVY!

My '02 Z28 weighed 3440 w/o me and a little over 1/4 tank on the scales at San Antonio Raceway.

The car has a D1SC kit, subframe connectors, and a Moser 12 bolt all adding weight. It has an aluminum flywheel, CF driveshaft, and tubular K member, upper and lower A-arms all to shed weight. It also has a BMR extreme rear sway bar and their beefy adjustable LCAs that probably weigh more than stock pieces. The sum of the pluses and minuses have resulted in the car being pretty much at stock weight. It also has an Ultra Z hood, but I'm not really confident that it is much lighter than a stock steel hood.
