No spark on #4 and #7

No spark on #4 and #7 I am at whit's end. I have a ls1 that came out of a 2000 f-body. I can't get cylinder #4 and #7 to spark. I started out using the stock wiring harness with the stock PCM. Since then I have replaced the cam positioning sensor, harness, and pcm. The coil packs are good. Is there anything else I should look at? Can someone help me get this thing running?
