this happened yesterday.. someone blew a red light and hit me. in the 2nd picture it have a circled spot on the front if you look at it. you cant really see what im trying to point out but im not sure on how the frames are on the car but it looks like the frame to me that comes out and connects to another piece that connects to your front bumper? well ill just say the whole passenger side is trashed but below the head light is the metal piece im talking about. lets just say the whole side is from what i seen is twisted. anyone think its totalled?

That sucks, the bird looked so clean. Hope the insurance gives you a big chunk of money.

Yea, it is a really good chance but it could be fixed but it all depends on what they will give u for it.

well if the frame is bent i dont really want it anymore ill just find one that is in mint condition and buy a new one.

Damn that thing took a hit. The insurance company will no doubt total the car. To them considering the age/value of the car it's easier to total it. That car isn't really hard to fix though, we've put together quite a few cars much worst than that. When that thing hits the auction people will ****** it up quickly.

after he hit me and seen my hood all messed up from the inside i punched my steering wheel as hard as i could threw my seat belt off me got out slammed my door as hard as i could. if he was anywhere near me when i got out i would have beat his *** but other people took me across the street where he wasnt calming me down and i was more pissed about my car then i was worried about being hurt.

so the good news is the adjuster called me today and priced my car value at 14,200$. now time to decide what i want to buy next.

May I suggest a cheap LS1 Trans Am (maybe even a v6 roller so you can swap a v8 in it) and build it up with the rest of the money.

how many miles? thats a good chunk of change atleast they took care of u and your ok..

and also where are you located and do you know the buyback from the insurance company? was gonna say id come pick it up for whatever it costs if not tell me what insurance company is taking it so i can call and find out when the auctions happening

not sure on the buy back amount. union insurance company has it. it just hit 88k before i got hit
