This.

You can get a car with 30K on it that is beat to hell, and a car with 100K+ that runs like a champ. How it spent that prior 98K is the key. If it sounds okay, runs strong, and shifts smoothly, I'd say it is okay.

Bought mine with 91k, so I'd say no, but it should be on a car to car basis and how it was treated.

Bought mine with 96k and it's got 150k on it now. As long as it runs strong and had been taken care of.... you're good.

It all depends on how it has been treated... I bought mine with 138xxx and it was in good shape. But i know for a fact that it was taken very good care of.

Nope. I bought mine with 98k on it and its a 1998 z28. The nice thing is that it was owned since 12k buy some old people so I know it was treated well and it was not drove hard. It now has 133k on it and runs good. I can tell its getting a little tired but I do drive the car very hard.

I have 97k miles on mine, I have had it for 3.5 years and I bought it was 89k so I have not driven it much. I will say I am getting way more squeaks and rattles now but the engine has seem to stay strong. Only major problem was the clutch. I am sure I could fix most of the rattling my replaces suspension parts, I'll get there eventually.

LOL lower miles doesn't mean **** if the car wasn't cared for like stated. On the most part all the high mile LS1's I have had never gave me any trouble. My 00 C5 has 93k and my 98 z28 has 176,700. Runs like a top. Video is below
