wuts the difference between the truck intake and the intake on camaro's? thanks

^^ what he said. truck makes more torque/less horsepower. f-body makes less torque more horsepower. i think i read where it has to do with the intake runner lengths.

 

How would the Camaro intake effect the performance on 4.8 motor due to the smaller displacement? Is the intake identical on the 4.8 and 5.3 truck motors? I'm looking to gain some underhood clearance - is there a better option?
