Swapping ls1 for lt1 Question

In a lt1 car u HAVE to replace the rack as well as the intermidiate (sorry bout my spelling) steering shaft.

U can use the lt1 engine k member if u have a lil fabrication skills and imagination. Thats what I did.

Thats the only thing I think that you will need thats not obvious... Oh and a convertor built for ls motors (or buy a spacer instead).


I can go in depth on my experience with the swap if u like. Just a pain to type a lot on my cell phone

Thanks drag...yeah cell phones suck for typing! I'm going to add yo to my friends list so I can lean on you when I run into something. Merv seems to be the authority though since he was brave or dumb enough to do it twice! Just kidding merv.....

Lol..2 F-body's..My 95 was the first and the car eventually wore out..frame tweaked..
The 1998 V6 Car I put all my stuff into ended up wrecking.

Now this new G-body that I built..ya **** ever owning a F-body again..none of my Camaro's cant even compare to this car.
