Default What's the difference between these? (pics)

Hi guys,

So I know all t-tops from 93-02 fit, but do they all look the same?

Mine look like this:

Why do these look different than mine?

They don't look like see through glass?

Does it depend on Charcoal vs Ebony interior?

Firebirds/base camaros vs. z28/trans ams?

Any help is appreciated!

Looks like somebody has the covers on them. I have covers similar to that for mine. They came with the car when I bought it new. They're used when you want to block out the light coming into the car.

Covers? I've never heard of them before lol. Everyone I know has aftermarket plastic inserts.

So they're not affected by interior color?

Yeah those are the stock t-top shades. I always have mine in too... come to think of it, I rarely take my tops off.

They're covers. Mine has them and they always stay on the t-tops. Usually when I drive my car the t-tops are off. Especially since my AC compressor took a **** last year. It's not a DD anymore so I think I may just do the AC delete to take out some weight.

Those other ones might have grey trim (my 99 t/a has grey). Your original pic looks ebony. Also they are just the shades that can be removed.
