Is a lq4 from a 04 Yukon worth 1k? Anybody get a 6.0L just swap in a go or rebuild?

Is a lq4 from a 04 Yukon worth 1k? Anybody get a 6.0L just swap in a go or rebuild? I found what could be a good condition LQ4 with less than 99k on it for $1k. My question is could I just swap all I needed to over and go or should I go for some type of rebuild since the motor would be out? Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
