hey guys
so my plans for the winter are to build a 5.3l iron block. im going to be fabbing my own turbo setup and i have a few questions about some combinations im tossing around.

first- i have a set of LS1 heads off of a 00' vette that im going to be using and im wondering if there is any advantages/disadvantages over the 5.3l heads? and what comp ratio's would these combinations

second- How far are 65lbs injectors going to get me since i already have 6 new injectors leftover from a previous build (3.8) or would it e better to just off them and pickup a set of 80's?

im sure ill have more questions as i go but this should be enough to get the ball rolling

arent the truck heads better? I thought they came with 799's which are basically ls6 heads. I"m personally going to use 317's to drop copression, plus they flow decently better than a stock ls1 head
