Default how to check for cylinder misfire??

im curious on how you would check for this because i think im suffering from this problem. this t/a is pissing me off already. any help is greatly appreciated

yeah a blinking ses light indicated a engine misfire from what i remember. I had a friend who had a flashing ses, and he changed out the plug wires and it disappeared.

Take that as a grain of salt tho.. use the scan tool like everyone else noted

If you can't get ahold of a scan tool you can unplug the plug wire to the cylinder that you suspect to be miss firing and if the rpm dip or it try's to die then it's atleast firing maybe not on time but it's firing. If there is no change when you unplug it then it's not firing
