I don't think I'd buy a modded car off of someone I don't know. Too many people do retarded things while modding their cars, make mistakes, and in general destroy the car.

You would have to check your states Laws, I know the cars we import are meant to be standard now. I cant see why you cant import one, as the Sedan equivalent is sold all around the states Via GM and and most parts are interchangeable, only ones that arent are the obvious ones.
