Have you actually taken it somewhere and had it measured ? Is the issue with the chassis or the suspension/subframe?

Did you buy it cheap? If so just drive it.

The passenger wheel leaning could easily be caused by a bent spindle. If you aren't familiar with the front suspension, the spindle is the big metal bar to which the hub assembly mounts. I would see if you can take both wheels off the front of the car and see if you can find differences between the geometry of the spindles. Sometimes they do bend from hitting curbs and whatnot, and when they do they usually rust at the point of fracture. That passenger wheel is pretty bad and you'll burn up tires less than 2,000 miles if you leave it like that. Just try measuring the spindle and let me know how you make out. Good luck.

i was thinking this myself. havent had time to get them off and look. but im calling bs on a pushed in strut tower since i threw a strut tower brace on with no problem seeing if it would look nice or not. if it fit with no problem wouldnt the tower be fine and it would be something like a spindle or etc??

Look in the Aftermarket alignment catalogue... There should be an upper control arm that makes alignment possible.
