Numerous write-ups in the Appearance and Detailing section about polishing stainless steel. In a nutshell start with a medium to fine grit sandpaper and work you way up then hit it with a polishing/buffing wheel. When I had a GMMG, I tried polishing it up a little, but be prepared for a LOT of elbow grease. It was too tedious for me. There is no one polish you can simply slap on with no prep work to get the bling factor most people like.
