TSP got more of my money! :)
Today I finally bit the bullet and ordered some PRC 2.5 5.3 heads. I called twice yesterday with questions and the phone was answered promptly and my questions were answered (no matter how dumb they were) My car is in sig and specifically the cam is TSP 224R. I ordered the heads to be 61cc combustion chamber and I will pair them with GM head gasket .054. I believe I will have 11.1 CR. am i right on my math.
So what do you guys think will I have a good combo should I change anything before it gets shipped on Monday. Oh btw any idea what pushrod length I will need or should I just measure them. I did also order the comp trunion kit too.
Sorry for all the questions just wanna make sure I got all my ducks in a row. Thanks for your input.

Well price was a factor in my choice of heads. But when I called I asked them what heads they recommended for my application and these where what I was sold. I know a few local people that have these exact heads and they make great power with them. I'm guessing with such a small cam that the bump in compression will help make more power and the flow of them will be more than adequate. Again I am no expert and I just went with the advice from TSP. I really hope I'm happy with my decision.

Yeah i am kinda on a budget. If I had that kind of $ I definitely would've chose a different head. All I wanted was to make good power and not kill the pocketbook...I think/hope I did that.

That sounds like a good combo right there, I'm actually about to buy a heads and cam kit from them pretty soon and probably very similar to what you just bought. TSP is great!!!!!
