can you identify these plugs?

I'm in the middle of an ls1 into an s10 swap. I've never done anything like this and I figured what better way to learn than just jump in head first. I grabbed an ls1 with a painless harness. I believe it was in an iroc originally. I have a few plugs which I have no idea about and was hoping someone could shed some light.

I believe this one was set up for the alternator i've got but not sure.

And while I'm on the subject of wiring, I did a small solder job on my walbro connector to avoid the adapter cable which was a mile long. Anyone see any reason for this to not work? I just soldered them straight to the pins and they do not touch even if i try to make them.
