Default Gains from Mid tube headers to LT headers on a Heads/Cam car?

I have done a search on this and only come up with was a old post comparing G-hann LT headers against mac mids. I plan on making the change just curious of the results. If anyone has any results or have done this please let me know. thanks

You'll pick up some mid to high range power, low end shouldn't be effected.

Yup I know lol. The last comparison search I seen was in like 2003 lol. Im swapping them anyway just want to see what power gains others acheived
