I found a 1998 camaro z28 its a show car and has troffys to come with it and has been babied its hole life with 64k miles and he said he changes the oil every 6 months and keeps everything top notch it is in mint condition and has been garage kept. It also has a full exhaust and intake short shifter and a programmer he said it should be making about 350hp. My questions is should I pay 7800$ for it? And is there anything I should know about this year car? On another note if it affects the value the car has cloth seats and no sun roof or t tops and is red with the 2 stripes. Please any input will help I just don't want to overpay I'm going to pick it up tomorrow.

its very clean. i would check the cars background for any accidents. i dont like those stripes or tail lights but if you do id offer 7 and see what happens.

he is asking 8500 i got him down to 7800. It comes with the stock tailights and yes i wish the stripes were gray but i dont really expect to find the right color interior and everything for 8000$ with there not being that many left
