Default long tubes

I just installed long tubes on my car with a ory pipe on my car and the lm1 out the back. So far i cant really feel much of a difference in power. Think its because the lm1 is obnoxiously loud with headers? I plan on putting the lm2 on or a dynomax bullet or possibly the borla xr1 to quiet it down some. I havent gotten a tune yet doing that in about 3 weeks.

Tune will help for sure. You should gain around 35-40hp from those mods.

Look into the magnaflow bullet to help tame it down some. It will still be decently loud, but sound much better. Do a search on Magnamouth

I highly doubt you'll gain that much, 20-25 whp. Most LTs 20whp, catback maybe a few hp.

I never dyno'd mine after install, but I'm running lt/ory/dumped bullet and it pulls better than it did stock. A tune will get you the most out of it.

It should definately help a little. I wouldnt say you'd notice a huge difference though. Its not like a night and day kinda thing.

Should be good for a few tenths in the 1/4 mile for ya.
