Yes. I the trans mount is what makes the difference. It made more vibration than my solid aluminum motor mounts that were installed a week or two prior.

FYI on people thinking of going back with stock rubber....DON'T. I took my new one out, literally maybe 4k miles on it and it had already started going bad.

Well everyone. I put the polys in this weekend. I have to say it's great. I literally feel no more vibration than I had with my bad rubber ones. And the engine is PLANTED. Now I really wish I had done them when I did headers.

No, It's awesome. I do have a rubber trans mount though. I have like 0 vibration issues.

Yeah, I just removed my poly trans mount today since it's been a little to stiff for my liking. I replaced it with the factory rubber mount and it's nice and smooth now.

This gentleman is correct you can not mix poly (engine) and rubber (trans) mounts. Guaranteed vibration problem.
