Doing a tuneup- Plugs and wires, oil change, seafoam, bleeding and replacing my clutch fluid, draining and filling my trans fluid, draining and filling my rear end fluid, replacing my u-joints (balancing driveshaft if needed), torque arm bushing, shocks and struts all around, drilled and slotted rotors all around with new pads, while the brakes are off i'll probably be doing wheel front wheel bearings and outer tie rod ends, new 18" Corvette wheels with drag radials going in the rear, doing whatever free mods I can do that haven't been done... hopefully a tune as well. Most of that stuff is already in progress... that's my tax refund money right there, just spending it in advance

Stainless LT's, TSP ORY, motor and tranny mounts, do a legit polish job on the headlights to get rid of the yellow tinge and scratches they have from age (the Mother kit I bought helped, but they need a good pro-job done to really clean them up), probably a 180 thermostat at some point, get a tune, putting new carpet in this Friday, and then DD it through the ensuing summer
I'd like to do an LS6 intake at some point if I can swing it, but it's not a huge priority unless I can scrounge up the 350-400 bucks without much hassle. Might just wait until next year when I can do a cam as well and then get it all re-tuned together.

Some of you guys have pretty big lists.... And impressive mods. Makes my list look small and puny... Haha
1 chase down bank 1 o2 sensor code.../ gaskets?
2 replace both front hubs with good replacements, no bs.
3 possibly rebuild the transmission and install new clutch, flywheel and tob.
4 find some damn tires for the front, and possibly trade current z06 wheels for stock SS wheels for ease of finding tires.

Replace number one piston and rings (dropped valve), replace head thanks to the same valve. Swap the engine and everything into my 240SX. The car itself is stripped naked and getting ready for paint. I have a lot to do.

Just finished doing my T56 swap. Now i got to install my headers, valve seals, install the WB O2 and have it log into the computer, replace the heater core and fix the ac. This is on my 1988 Iroc.
The work is going slowly, this is all being done in a non attached/non heated/non insulated garage.

I didn't really plan on having it back, so I really haven't thought much about mods yet.
I've been around here for a long time, but a lot of people didn't know that I sold the last of my LSx cars (my '98 Formula) back in January of 2010 and pretty much dropped off the internet at that point. I really hated letting it go, but at the time I had no place to keep it and it was for the best.
So over the last couple of months I have been wanting to get back into something fun to drive and I was actually shopping for a '11-'12 WRX STi. Been looking for a little while but really hadn't found the one I wanted. Was sitting in bed on a Saturday morning a couple weeks ago surfing Autotrader on my Kindle, and was bored with looking for WRXs, and just decided to do a search on 4th gen Firebirds... So I see this one Formula that's labeled as purple... and I usually see that and it's a Navy Blue car that they've mistakenly called "purple". I start looking at the pictures, and as soon as it got to the under hood shot my jaw dropped. Then I checked the VIN. HOLY CRAP, IT'S MY OLD CAR.
So I drove down there and bought it back, and it's home where it belongs now. So I really haven't thought about mods, but I'm ******* stoked to be driving it again, and I got a $700 set of wheels and some other stuff out of the deal.. LOL
