haha.. Family of five.. wife drives the Honda, I drive the Dodge ( daily driver - beater ) 01 TA stays in the garage, and 95 TA for sale!!

I do computer work for commercial sector, and the van works quite well for hauling around multiple computers and gear / parts..

anyhow.. time to start shopping for insurance I guess..

$91 a month for full coverage on a 1997 Trans Am through State Farm (10 year accident free).

Full coverage on my DD A4 Formula & wife's G8, of course, collector policy on the M6 and the GTO's.

As daily driven high mileage cars decrease in value, it's a question whether to carry collision, but comprehensive is a must as it's cheap and covers a whole range of possible mishaps from storm damage to theft.

i have minimum coverage. on my SS through met life. its been that way since i bought my GTO in 05.


that has full coverage.

An excellent point.

At a certain point, collision coverage may not make sense any longer, based on vehicle value vs. cost to cover. If I still have my '02 in another ~5 years, I'll probably consider dropping the collision portion of the policy.
