I'm back in town from a deployment, and have saved up about 10K for play money. Mods as of now are in the signature. I will be doing the work, so no labor costs. I'm thinking of a different cam, instead of the MS3, and going Procharger. Any other ideas?

Goals for the car? Street or Race? I'll vote turbo either way though. Or a whipple if you want a blower.

What'd I'd really do in your shoes is leave that Fbody as is, find a cheap foxbody chassis, LQ4, TH400, turbo kit, some shocks and race wheels, and make something really fast.

It is a street car that see's the drag strip a few times a year. Not a daily driver though. I've built several turbo cars in the past, and thought that I'd go a different route with the procharger. I'm still in the infancy of ideas right now.

Ive had a d1sc on my car for years and love it. I do wish that i had a f1a now as my d1 is maxed out. I love the way prochargers sound also.

I'd add some bitching wheels and wide tires to get everyone's attention. You already have good power for an all around street car and you'll need something to set you apart when cruising around. As one of my cars I have a 2004 Corvette Z06 that's way lowered packing Pffadt suspension, forged motor with ProCharger making 712 to the tires. Can't use the power much in the first three gears so anything under about 70 mph sort of sucks (with the manual tranny at least). I have massive wheels/tires and still get only a few comments on the car. Since so few people know what a supercharger sounds like they just think it is a pretty Vette. The guys that do know still seem to think that 600-700 rwhp is no big thing on an LS motor these days.

Need some bling & paint to get the heads turning.
