with a manual tranny, the hydraulic setup is complete crap once you start upgrading

"I only will upgrade the intake and exhaust." School settled down so I'm working on getting my truck sold and I can sit back and look for a good deal. A friend has pointed me towards the Trans Ams, too (as they generally tend to be cheaper.)

have to disagree there, ive been searching and researching these cars for about oh 10 years lol, and all things being equal or even close, the Z28 runs around 1k-2k less than the T/A, at least in my area

Definitely. It isn't just your area. Apples to apples, everything being equal between cars, Trans Ams are almost always more expensive.
