Default TCI converter help

I'm looking to buy a nice street/strip converter for my 02 camaro . Right now it's basic bolt ons soon to have a cam and gear install. I've tried researching TCi's but only find threads from 07! Has anyone recently used the "super street fighter" converter before ? I'm looking at the 4k option .

I have a 2500 stall TCI behind a 427sbc, Dont like it, I h've had behind a couple other motors and pretty much the same results, with one specific cam the TQ work like it was supposed to be. By a good quality stall like a Yank. The cheap stalls are considered loose stalls where as the better stall converters like yank are considered tight stalls meaning they will lockup more of when they are supposed to not 12-1500 rpm higher dependant apon how much HP and TQ your engine is putting out. I'll never buy another cheap stall again. Have a Yank 3000 stall behind my LS1 and very pleased
