Default Fuel injector question for new heads and cam

Hi all,

So I'm about to install a new texas speed 28R cam, LS6 heads with the texas speed beehive upgrade kit to handle the cam, plus ls7 lifters and chromoly rods. This is all going into a 2002 LS1 ws6. My question is whether I should purchase new fuel injectors or are the stock ws6 injectors adequate to do the job that my new upgrades can offer? Also have bbk headers, cat delete, and magnaflow exhaust for bolt-ons. Thanks guys!

Get new injectors. I'd get 36 lb/hr injectors or even 42 lb/hr for a little room later in case your setup changes. You'll really be pushing the duty cycle on a stock injector with that Heads/Cam combo.

Thanks so much Tbone! As we're on the topic, would anyone like to get rid of their old injectors?

So I decided to go with bosch type 42lb injectors. Should I have gone with 36lb injectors instead? They were both the same price and I'm unfamiliar with this area of modifications. Not sure if it's ok to post the link to what I bought but here it is.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/161282742241?_trksid=p2047675.m570.l4467&_trkparms=gh1g%3DI161282742241.N19.S2.M-11588.R4.TR5
Would the smaller injectors be more efficient or are both so close in flow rate that it doesn't even matter? To get to the root of what I'm asking, why isn't bigger always better since it's all computer controlled anyway? Why not go with 80 lb injectors while I'm at it?

Oh, also I'm going to need a tune since I'm going from stock to all of the stuff I'm adding above...would I need to get the injectors tuned separately or can I get it all in one package from say Frost for example?
