Default flex & converter

which flex plate and converter to use with a ls style 4l60e and a l9h 6.2 truck motor? from what iv'e read a stock dished flex plate and converter from 98-02 fbody works. does this sound right? thanks ya'll

call circle d, ask about their 3200 stall and assuming a standard ls1 sfi flexplate works checkout summit $85. just my one cent.

Flex plates are not the same for all years of LS1 F-body. '98-'00 are the stronger version, '01+ are a different, weaker design. If you're going to use a stock one, you want the '98-'00 version.

I don't know anything about the truck flex plates nor what is interchangeable.
