Default lost a/c and heat controls after FAST 92 swap

I installed long tube headers (race style) and deleted egr and air as well as a FAST 92. One of the vacuum lines on the passenger side broke so I plugged it and the little nipple on the back of the intake was also plugged. Is this why I lost those controls?

Yes, that little vacuum hose is what controls your vents. If you still have the hose, just grab some heat shrink like you would use on a wire and slip it over the break, then heat it up with a lighter and it should form a nice seal. I did this on a friends car and it worked just fine after that.

Ok so take that hose plug into the back of the intake and I'll be fixed up?

Correct, that should fix it.
