When I turn my headlights on in my trans am, (2 lights on each side) the passenger side light is fully on, while the other three are on but very dim. So the car has the brights on all the time but just VERY dim.
The 'brights' light on the dash is halfway on also. Its not 'on' but its showing a tad.

I had my gauges fuse blow out few weeks ago because of wiring under the front left blinker..it was all tangled and loose wirings flying around on a very windy day... Could this be the problem or does anyone else have this issue?
I'll be checking it out today in class
