LS-1 starter ? I hear alot about using a truck starter to replace the orig. because of the difference in the long and short bolts. The truck starter has 2 long bolts I have a 2000 Z-28 and need to replace the starter. Can anyone tell me exactly what year and model truck it would be. NAPA has one listed for my Camaro and also lists the same starter for a chevy truck, silverado3/4 ton 6.0 19992wdrive/4wdrive? Pics. show long and short bolts?
