Anyone use a warranty on a rockauto purchase?

Anyone use a warranty on a rockauto purchase? I need a new fuel pump for my C6.
Its $204 shipped from rock auto
or
$236 total from pep boys
Both have a limited lifetime warranty.
But I have a feeling dealing with a warranty replacement with pep boys would be a lot smoother than mailing something into a manufacturer (i.e. a rockauto purchase), especially since I'd probably have to pay shipping at least one way to the mfg.
Amiright???? Anyone actually do a warranty exchange with rockauto?
Heres my cracked OEM fuel pump for your entertainment (75k miles):

My pep boys price of $234 was using a 30% off discount code.
Looks like in the past couple days, they've added a 40% coupon code.
So now the SP6094M fuel pump is only $200 shipped!!! AFAIK thats the lowest price on a brand new, warrantied C6 drivers fuel pump anywhere in the delta quadrant

Returns is one the things that sucks about Rockauto, I recently got a bad water pump and had to send it back on my dime even though the pump was defective from the factory. PepBoys has a 30% discount at the moment if you buy online, you can pick it up in store.

If you have an advance autoparts local to you, you can use discount codes TRT30 or TRT41 or PAYPAL124 in the online checkout and just pick up in store. That's 30%, $40 dollars off 100 or i think 10 dollars off any purchase under $50 for those 3 codes, i use them all the time on stuff I have to get locally. That being said, i've never had an issue with rockauto's warranty returns, either they replace the part without me needing to send it back depending on the value, or they honor it without an issue. Only hassle being that you have to wait for the exchange and if its your DD, youre in trouble.
