Default Drive line leak and knocking

Was inspecting a knock from under my car and it turns out the clam shell that holes the torque arm has broke apart. While under there i noticed what appeared to be a leak around the front and rear of the drive shaft. It also appeared to that the drive shaft was too far back from the rear of the transmission.

Looking for some other opinions on what could pull the drive shaft back like this. I also found a few stripped trans cross member bolts but had at least 1 good bolt on each side and the center bolt was good.

Close up of the rear.

This is the space I have. It's the silver part of the drive shaft sticking out that concerns me.

Here is the torque arm bushing. I don't think the bushing has moved but you can see how far back is has slid. The torque arm does have more room to slide the busing down so that it can line up with the clam shell though.

Could the fact that the front 2 wheels were jacked up cause the drive shaft to come out a little?

It's called a slip yoke, it moves in and out as the rear suspension cycles.
