Won't Idle in park

Won't Idle in park I have searched and trouble shot for days now and I cannot find a definite answer. I have a 5.3, s475, LJMS stage 2 cam, 4l80, 93 pump gas. For some reason when I unhook the battery for a while, then hook it back up and start the car it will idle when I put it in drive or reverse. In park and neutral it doesn't even try to idle. Once I let the car die it won't idle at all (park or in gear). I have tried the idle relearn and also have tried driving for a while. If I unplug the iac and tps after I for hook up the battery it will idle, but goes right back to the same symptoms once plugged in. When it does idle in gear it sits around 850 and idles like stock.

I have had it base tuned for the setup but after a hassle and a number of no answered questions sent to the tuner, I have decided to take the car elsewhere when time comes to make numbers. Could these symptoms just be in the tune itself?
