Budget ls

Looking to get some heads for my lq4, I wanted to get some 243s, port and polish, mill, valve job and valve springs. That alone would cost roughly $1000-1400. After searching Craigslist for a few deals I can across this guy in Fort Lauderdale FL that has some heads with decent flow numbers. I've never heard of them but they run $755 shipped. Has anyone heard of these or used them? Wanting to get feed back and see if these are worth saving $500 or so. Link and flow numbers below.

Call Texas Speed, if you supply the heads they have several options that are reasonably priced..
