hey guys just a curiosity question me and my dad were talking last night about my camaro and he told me that ls1 one is the best plate form for a street car and track build now my question is what type of power have you guys made na with no power add on I believe with a ls1 can make over 600 horse at the tires but Idk i I was just curious what some of y'all have done

Lots of guys around 500whp on a stock displacement LS1, some guys have made more with a 383 stroker. Most of these still on hydraulic cams.
Usually for more power they run a 6.0 (LS2 or LQ4/LQ9) and possibly a stroker crank. There are a few guys making ~700whp on a 400+ inch stroker.
With the LS engines, boost is where its at.

Hi, this I did before your were born, a friendly remark, FIRST 600 HP, Chevy-Hi reported.
The crank was stock as was the bore, a 346 cid.
The camshaft 236/242 @ .567" lift, 116 C/L
AFR heads, FT pistons, MY ECU-882C, MY "eight stack" injection.
