Default Bored and Stroked: 600HP LS3

Thought you guys would find this an interesting read. Our friends at Lateral-G were building a 600HP LS3 for their '66 Chevelle. When it came down to picking the ignition parts to use, they went with our 85K Malevolent Series ignition coils and our high temp ignition wires. The build is very thorough and contains a lot of info on the parts used. Of course when you're trying to attain high horsepower numbers, every part counts... which is a testament on how well our ignition parts work and their benefit.

Are those coils designed/built from the ground up? Or do you take OEM coils from a Gen IV and modify the internals?

What makes these coils better than the D585 truck coils?

Well if you are already running LS2, LS3, LS7, LS9, LSA, L92, L99, L76 coils this is a direct replacement.
also the d585 out put is 30-35k volts Granatelli coils are Rated at 85K Volts
more then double the output

With that added voltage to get a more complete combustion.
