I know this has been brought up in the past as I've read a few different threads about it. Most of which are older so I didn't know with sometime passing if there are new experiences out there. I was wanting some input From guys running LSX 454 with Boost or nitrous. My motor is the Gm performance standard deck. I'm not that guy who is insistent on running boost or a huge shot of nitrous. Like most yes I would love to but I also know these motors are N/a monsters and have for sure characteristics that boost is a bad idea. Any feedback is much appreciated!!!!

personal experience, if you're going to run boost through it, double check the rotating assembly for possible signs of premature failure. ive seen one fail that wasn't opened up prior to boosting. However, after a new rotating assembly was put in place, at the tires 1,500whp inst a problem.

I LOVE mine We just got it dialed in on the motor the the glide it made just 505/483 at the tire. I've spoken with one guy he ran 300 shot made 930 with other mods . I know very little about nitrous and would much rather boost it of anything at all. It's all a learning game regardless. If I were to boost it wouldn't be anything over 10-12lbs on 93 just to keep safe. It's just a weekend driver and occasional track day.
